"I’ve been taking my vehicles to Tires Plus for 10 years now I’ve never had any issues and the employees are very knowledgeable and tell you in advance what will be needed in the future! I came today 1/13 at 9 AM for an oil change and a tire rotation, and a vehicle check it took about two hours which I expected since previously dealing with Tires Plus. Just a heads up for future customers! 10/10 for yall!"

"These guys are lifesavers…or wallet savers. I almost got robbed by the dealership for a new alternator. What Toyota quoted as $1134, they did for $634. Tim got me a new alternator and installed it in less than an hour. Very grateful for them. I didn’t get the front desk guys name, but he was also very hospitable and I felt very taken care of. Thank you for not taking advantage of me!"

"Went to this place for years with no issue. 3 months into the "new management" and they've bilked me out of nearly $500 for an AC repair that did not fix my ac not to mention the 3 days it took to get my car back after their failed diagnosis and "fix". Misleading loyal customers is not a good business strategy."

"The service staff was very nice, friendly and professional. The tech that worked with my vehicle explained everything to me in terms I could understand. They checked my vehicle's brakes and alignment and found out that I didn't need any work done on either one. I did not have to wait very long. They had me in and out within slightly over an hour."

When he moved we decided to move stores, we followed him to tires plus on johnson ferry. Today I had to replace a battery. He always is professional, honest, friendly, and efficient.
