"Cold old pizza, wrong wings ordered bone in honey bbq and received boneless lemon pepper. Took the stuff back to the store and they literally said “i mean it’s not on us, door dash gave you the wrong wings!” Well what about this old pizza that looked a day old y’all sent out! Just a whole mess never again!"

"I ordered one pizza and 16 piece boneless wings yesterday 12/27/23 for $42.23 using the Pizza Hut app. The delivery driver shows up with just a pizza. Once he looks at my receipt and run back to his car, he says the store didn't give him my wings. Then he leaves stating he has to make another delivery. I called the store at least 6 times yesterday and was unable to reach anyone to either get a refund or place a new order to receive what I already paid for. Terrible service. Answer your phone, how else can you respond to customer situations or take new orders if you don't answer the phone?"

"Horrible store(very dirty inside) didn’t see anyone with gloves on, service bad, pizza was cold, employee smoking vape inside the store didn’t have breadsticks order cinnamon roll they literally just threw them in the box and poured icing on it"

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I should’ve read the reviews for this location before I order from them. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I will never order from them ever again! I placed an order at 9:56pm on the app got a confirmation email stating that I will receive my order at 10:30pm I did not receive my order until 11:28pm it was not what I ordered and the food was cold and not edible at all. My order was $35.08 and I paid with a credit card the whole team there needs to be fired I was hung up on twice and nothing was done or fixed. I will be disputing this transaction with my bank. Do not order from them! I was better off ordering from dominos or little Caesars."
