"First time using I&I Mobile Tire Services yesterday & I am beyond happy that I was able to take care of changing out my badly worn tires, all while working from home. The only downside was the wait time for anyone to arrive at all (5.5 hours from the initial text to me that a tech would come by). NOTE: Because I was working from home, I had the time to wait, so my case was different and it didn't bother me much. Upon arrival, Adam and Edward were perfect and professional. Nice hard working guys and they kept m,e posted with being en route, etc... The actual time they took to do the job itself was very quick! So I'm super happy with the convenience of having them come to me and the fact that they were able to get uncommon sizing aftermarket 20" wheels to fit my car on the same day was already impressive. The price for the convenience, friendly staff, quick labor, brand new all 4 tires same day that it would take others several days to get, & communication...5 stars. "I went to several places trying to find a place to mount 2 trailer tires. It involved removing the old and putting on new ones I had ordered. Several places had already told me no, they could not mount this size trailer tires. But I & I tires looked at them and said this will be difficult, but we can do it. Peter was awesome. He was curious and worked his tail off, till the job was done. I watched him work on these an boy was he right. It took some willpower and strength to complete the job. I can't tell you what a pleasure it is to find employees and companies with this attitude. I was very pleased with I & I Tires and Peter both. They are open 24 hours a day, and also come to cars with flats on the road. Also they sell used tires as well."
