"Rude unprofessional and shady! Called two days in advance set an appointment gave my personal address and number and the day of I had to call the technician back , to remind him of the appointment, then He began evading my calls the operator ignored my calls sending me to voicemail, if you couldn’t fix it why take my PERSONAL information ? sketchy rude and just all around terrible customer service ! If youre looking for someone to help with your ignition switch DONT CALL THESE PEOPLE !"

"We contacted the company, gave them our name and address. The person who answered the phone was insistent that we answer the technician's call. They never called. When we called back a few days later another person answered the phone. We explained that the technician never called, she asked for our number and said the technician had documented it was a mechanical issue and he couldn't do the job. We told her we hadn't heard from anyone, she continued to insist that based on what the technician had documented they couldn't help us. She would not listen to the fact that what she had in the system was wrong because an assessment was never made. As a business, if you don't listen to your customers (especially a new customer) how can you make money? You can't make money if you don't follow up on consultations. We hung up after telling her this was an awful first impression. Keep strolling....this is not a reliable company. Read the five star reviews carefully."
