Has bathroom but they close after dark( sooo in winter months 6pm which is unfortunate). >Love the rubber paths around the park its excellent for running/jogging or walking. >It's meaby doable to set up a volleyball net in the middle but it will be tight >the lighting at night or after sunset is great and they have the LED lights"

"Jess Lucas is less park and more village green. It's the home to concerts, art fests, and other gatherings for the city of Hapeville. It also has a gravel walking path that is about a quarter mile. The addition of the art gallery made from a shipping container is a nice touch. The other side leads to a former church used for film screenings and the occasional show or wedding. There is free parking and there are restrooms. The park is somewhat wheelchair accessible."
