"Explain your rude staff which worked on September 15th that they can’t demand a box for my Amazon “no box no label “ return and laugh out loud at me when I politely disagreed. I would never visit this store again, this is the rudest service I’ve received in years."

"I came here to make a quick return and had to make a shipment using a shipping label that I had already paid for online. I provided all of the information online regarding the contents of the package and I thought I was good to go (no prompts stating the package can't be handled at certain stores). I get to the store and when asked what's in the package, I answered honestly and was turned away. I was told to drive two towns over to a customer hub who can then handle the package there. It really irritated me that they wouldn't just take the package at the store. Policy or not, the contents of the package weren't fragile nor hazardous, and I took extra care to wrap it as securely as possible as to not risk mishandling. I'm very disappointed - UPS has been my go-to for all things shipping and handling but they really let me down this time."

"So appreciated this UPS store in my neighborhood. Only the one neighbor UPS store. It has big parking space and the store is Light, clean, and Owner is Nice man and co-workers are very professional and knowledgeable and experienced and Patient and work hard. I have been visiting here since 4 years ago and have been always satisfied. Because I feel safe give them a package and some times amazon return. I Will definitely keep continuing business with this UPS. also love this part they are open Saturday. Thank You Owner Larry ! "Just the best and easiest. They are always super conscious of your time, and more friendly at this location than just about any customer service out there. So often we forget that we are the customers and paying for services and should be treated as such. Larry and his team always exceed that and the prices are so fair. Notary services for two documents was $6. In-out and they can prepare the envelope and ship it for you. I would drive out of my way to come to this location. Every time I come here it seems to be for some off the wall obscure service and they always handle it. It’s not just for dropping off boxes, they do so much more and are knowledgeable about it."
