"The woman working now at 6600 sugarloaf pkwy right is not very nice, callous. Every time I go there, she tries to upcharge. So beware!!!! I bring my own tape, and the barcode is on the package. I do not know what the issue is. Is it deception to charge people for what they already have? Are they preying on the customer? 3535 peachtree rd never has issues, 5 stars"

"Friendly staffs however I got charged for $28 just for returning. That’s just way to expensive… this is first time coming to this location and I just got extremely upset how I got charged a lot . I understand I need to pay for the box but it’s $7.46 isn’t it too much ? Then I got charged $5.58 for a bag , $4.82 for service and another $3 fees for pulling the return label in email. They should of told me that I can pull up the scanning QR code for free at the beginning. The total i paid for $28.17 just for returning was so ridiculous …. :((("

"Let's start by pointing out that to print a return label the minimum is $3.45. "for one lousy page. The associate inside her customer service skills is lacking in addressing my concern and she is far from customer service friendly. She kept cutting me short. This is not the type of person you want to have in a storefront."
