"I had some packages to drop off over a couple days. They were all pre-packed, sealed and had labels already. I waited for a few minutes because I needed drop off receipts. This place can be busy because they need to help customers in many cases. Over all they do is great job."

But, I think they should verbally specify (at time of shipping) that 2ND DAY IS NOT GUARANTIED, instead of pointing to a sign on the counter that says "UPS only guaranties overnight" after I complained of a late delivery. IF I HAD KNOWN OF THE "NO 2ND DAY GUARANTY" I WOULD HAVE GONE TO THE POST OFFICE!"
