"The notary here refused to notarized a document which I signed while waiting for them to assist me. I pointed out that under Georgia law all they needed to do was either ask me if I willingly signed it or have me cross it out and resign while they watched. They told me to go get a new document to be notarized and that they had been doing this for 25 years. I went a mile down the road and was able to get my document notarized via the simple question.
