"It was fine. Shipping is just plain expensive regardless. Not super thrilled that when we asked for the "least expensive option" they gave us what they called "the least expensive reliable option", which was not the least expensive. Left a bad taste in my mouth."

"Good Service but Not Honest About Pricing Great service from employees, but each time I’ve come to ship something, they are dishonest about pricing and shipping options. Having worked at UPS, I know I want ground shipping, and to the places I’m shipping it takes maybe 3-5 days. But each time I’m told it will take much longer and they try to push a higher price option on me. Last time I went in, the owner didn’t even give me the ground shipping option - I had to push him to admit that he’d only quoted me ground priority and usps priority, and insist on ground shipping."

"if i could rate this 0 stars i would , as a former worker here for a year this place is awful price wise , management wise & etc . the manager coaches & trains new employees to lie to customers about pricing with everything shipping option prices , packing prices , & box prices ! the manager will indeed charge you for a bigger box & later put it in a smaller box or knowingly make you buy a bigger box when it can fit in something smaller. if you don’t know ground is the CHEAPEST shipping you can do here & even though the ship dates may be longer it’s expected to be there within 2 - 3 days. No usps priority isn’t the cheapest nor is 3 day select so KEEP asking for the cheapest even if they tell you it’s nothing cheaper !! i in fact did bump heads with the manager multiple times for not wanting to lie to customers but my job & hours was threatened in a way. The employees are great although ! Thank you , have a nice one !"
