"Very unprofessional. I had an appointment at specific time. Showed up early but I was informed the person needed for the appointment would show up two hrs after my initial appointment time. So I returned two hours later and the person that was need to perform the service was not there. I called and had the finger print service at a different location. Never going back there again."

"I went here after no luck at FedEx across the street. They are always staffed and ready to help. After being unable to forward my email to them, the gentleman behind the counter showed me how to long onto their computer and print my copies from there. Thank you guys for always being fast, efficient, but most of all courteous!!!"

"Horrible customer experience, staff is very rude and don't care about the customer. As mentioned by many reviewer below employees working here try to nickel and dime you out of every dollar. I wish I would have read the review before going this place. I went to take a print with flash drive. The lady asked me to use computer to take a print. She didn't mentioned about computer charges. I took print and expected to pay only for print but when I check the bill it includes $2 computer charges. so for 20cent print I paid $2 computer charges.. Insane!!!. I wish I would know this before. If you go to Fedex you can plug and print without any charges."

Every time, I'm amazed by how professionally I am treated, how smoothly things run and how polite the people behind the counter are! I walk out of the store happy and worry free that my packages are handled well and reach the destination. These services are hard to come by those days. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work!"

"Visited this UPS store multiple times and will continue to visit in future too. Notary: They provide Notary signature and I have done lot of documentation notary till date with them and they perfectly validate the original and sign the photo copy with Notary signature. Parcel service: Been this place multiple times for parcel local and international and it’s was quick and affordable. Something we need to stand in large queue. Apart from this nothing to worry."
