"Our son's car suddenly lost power over the weekend. We just drove to Hector and Monica's Auto Experts Repair and Service early Monday morning with no appointment. The car was being diagnosed before we even left! The car was repaired within 3 hours of a call to confirm the cost of parts and labor. Excellent service, excellent repair. All fees were explained by Alex, the Service Manager. Our son was able to get to his job which is an overnight shift job with his car fully repaired The car is a 2012 Kia. I highly recommend Hector's shop. This experience beats a recent experience we had with another Acworht auto repair shop which charged us a diagnostic fee of $130, never resolved the problem and had our 2013 vehicle out of commision for days. We ended up trading in that vehicle, which we loved at Carmax. A costly venture. I wish we had gone to Hector."

"Made the mistake of bringing my just out of warranty Jeep Grand Cherokee to the Ed Voyles CDJR dealership to have the check engine light diagnosed. I was told there was a cylinder 3 misfire and they needed to replace both batteries. $825 later they send me on my way, only to have the check engine light come back on the very next morning. After sending two unresponsive texts asking if they checked the spark plugs and ignition coil (a common cyclinder fix according to google) I brought it back in and left it for 3 days. No call back this entire time until I called them. They quoted by $4,600 for repairs and told me I needed new brakes. I picked my car up and took it instead to Hector's shop in Acworth called Auto Experts Repair and Service, the place where my mom and sisters take their vehicles. They communicated efficiently, were honest, and fixed my car in one day. They said all I needed way a tune up and that my brakes were fine. They charged me $812 (manifold had to be taken apart and gasket replaced because it's a Jeep). I will bring my car back to Auto Experts from now on."
