"Be very careful with this location!! I had a 3pm appointment today for a tire patch. When I arrived there was no appointment saved in the schedule, but there was a record of my call located when my phone number was typed in. My request was saved as a “tire replacement” when I called in. Clearly, I am being taken as a walk-in at this point. After waiting 2 hours, I asked what was the status of the vehicle. They said “we got permission to replace the tire from your fleet company and we are balancing it now.” Never consulted with me or showed me anything. In fact, I was told a patch wasn’t possible because the puncture was on the edge of the tire. It was in the center of the tread. The puncture was caused by a TAC (no slats for a screwdriver on top) but they showed me a tire with a screw in it! It was not screw that punctured it, and I wish I had taken a photo before going. The tech that balanced the tire wouldn’t even look me in the eyes when handing over my keys. They took advantage of the fleet company and absolutely wasted my time because they wanted to replace a tire from the start. Be very cautious!!!"
