"I have been to this location for a notary service ( a photocopy to be notarized by verifying the original). They charged me $11 for that service. The UPS near my home charged only $2 for the same. And when I looked at the receipt, it was mentioned as ‘Miscellaneous service’ - $7 and notary $4 which looked suspicious to me."

"I live 2 miles away from this place and 3 times I ordered gifts and UPS had to deliver them, he never delivered them. I do not know which thief they took to their work, but no one came to my house and things were marked as delivered. A great service to never use."

"Ruined our Christmas We dropped a package off at this location on Sunday, knowing it wouldn’t be picked up until the next morning. At 6 pm the following day (more than 24 hours after drop off), we checked our tracking number and got no results. Called the store, was asked to email our receipt, and they’d call back in 10-15 min. Called again 20 min later after not receiving a call. A different person who sounded like he couldn’t be bothered with our call answered the phone. He interrupted me and barked that no packages had been picked up at all, the line in the store was busy, and he would get back to us later, probably tomorrow. I didn’t appreciate this and expressed my frustration with the situation and he became very patronizing and yelled at me, exclaiming he was the owner - couldn’t believe it. We have no idea if our package is being shipped out or lost. ACK - go somewhere else, our box was filled with Christmas gifts for friends and family, now we have nothing."

"Highly recommend this UPS Store, very friendly and helpful. My company had two large computers shipped to Mexico through this store, and we faced many issues along the way, but at every step Will (the store manager) was available and ready to help. The problems were never on the Store's side, but he still went the extra mile to support our deliveries getting to their final destination safely and in a (relatively) timely manner. We will be going back here for future business for sure."

"Will and his staff are excellent, I have a box here and frequent this location once or twice a week and have never had an issue. They did a remodeling job last week and Will and his associate gave me a heads up that I had a package and even left it for me to pick up since they were closing early that day. I’m very appreciative of them for that. They are all professional at this location! I’ve been going here for about a year so seen it change owners, but you can tell Will came in to make it a better experience for the customer when coming to drop off or pick up packages and I’m usually in and out quick unless it’s a busy time with other customers, but they can’t control that! You guys are good in my book!"
