"UPS has been a great service and very reliable all these years. I feel comfortable having my mail and packages sent here because I know they’ll be in good hands."
"These guys are great. I do photocopies and ship from here. The copiers always work, there’s little or no line, the folks at the counter are always friendly. (It’s the anti-post office experience)"
"The kindest people work here…and the other customers are great too! I went in today with my elderly mom and the staff and other customers could not have been any more kind and accommodating. We had a short wait and so a staff member and a customer set up a chair so mom wouldn’t have to stand. When it was our turn, the staff member came to where my mom was so she wouldn’t have to move far. When it came time for us to leave, they carefully kept an eye on mom and walked her out to the car while I pulled it around. They really touched my spirit with their kindness and I thank you all so very much!"
"Staff are very rude, unprofessional, and emotional. My very first time opening my mailbox here I witnessed the heavyset white lady who usually works during the day disrespect and gaslight and older Black lady and that put a bad taste in my mouth. I still opened the box and the old grumpy man who is usually there didn't bother to print or send me a copy of the paperwork I signed. I called and the lady previously mentioned said she would put in in my box but didn't. Red flag number 2. I received good customer service from the employees who work evenings throughout the time I had my box. I interacted occasionally with bad attitude employees previously mentioned but didn't have problems. Most times they printed my 1-2 page documents for free, which I considered a courtesy. However today, the old grumpy man attempted to charge me $2 for printing a shipping label. I did not indicate that I needed it printed as a label versus a regular printed paper for less than 10 cents. $2 to print a prepaid shipping label for a return?! Certainly I could go to another printing place and pay $0.10 max. Something is wrong with the employees here which I knew from my very first encounter. I will be avoiding this location from now on. They don't know how to treat people nor do they know what professionalism and customer service are."
"Chris and Dante are amazing. They always go above and beyond to help clear up any misunderstandings. They as well, always make you feel welcomed in the store. I feel secure knowing that my incoming mail and packages are safe with this location. Thank you for the years of outstanding customer service."
