"I wish I had a better story to tell but I do not. I ordered a new truck from here in November of 2022. I was excited to receive the truck as it would be my new work vehicle. Lead times were very long but I patiently waited. Once a reasonable amount of time had passed, I began communicating with the dealership regarding the whereabouts of the truck. I was assured it should arrive any day. These communications began in fall of 2023. Time continues to pass and we waited anxiously for the truck. The dealership was frequent with their communication regarding status updates throughout the fall and winter. Finally, we were told in should be arriving at any time. Well, in January of 2024 we were notified that the truck had actually arrived in November of 2023 and sold to another client. Very disappointed and have no idea what I’m going to do for work transportation."
