"I had copies made at this UPS STORE AND WAS TOTALLY DISRESPECTED FOR USEING 3 PAPER CLIP'S by the register in a small container THAT IS FOR THE PUBLIC'S USE ( SUPPOSEDLY GOD KNOWS THAT NO ONE DESERVE'S TO BE DISRESPECTED AND I WAS TOLD THAT QUOTE I NEED TO BUY A BOX OF PAPER CLIP'S UNBELIEVABLE GOD KNOWS THAT NONE OF US ARE HERE TO STAY THE SAME WOMAN DISRESPECTED ME OVER TWO YEARS AGO BECAUSE I USED 5 PAPER CLIP'S NO ONE DESERVES THIS TYPE OF DISRESPECT ESPECIALLY OVER 3 TO 5 PAPER CLIP'S UNBELIEVABLE. GOD KNOWS THAT NONE OF US ARE HERE TO STAY WE ARE ONLY HERE FOR A SHORT WHILE MERE SUGGESTION DO NOT PUT THE PAPER CLIP'S OUT THERE FOR PEOPLE TO USE IF YOU ARE GOING TO DISRESPECT THE HELL OUT OF SOME ONE FOR USEING THEM ESPECIALLY IF THEY HAVE ONLY USED THE PAPER CLIP'S MAYBE ONLY ONCE A YEAR BUT BRING YOU BUSINESS ALL THE TIME AND TELL PEOPLE ALL THE TIME TO GO TO THE UPS STORE OF FLOYD ROAD UNBELIEVABLE GOD KNOWS THAT THIS WILL BE OUR LESS CONERN WHEN WE ARE ON OUR DEATH BED YOU DON'T NEVER KNOW HEALTH WISE WHAT SOMEONE MAY BE GOING THROUGH BUT THE WOMAN CHOSE TO DISRESPECT ME IN FRONT OF EVERY ONE FOR USEING 3 PAPER CLIP'S AND OVER 2 YEARS AGO FOR USEING 5 PAPER CLIP'S UNBELIEVABLE."

"It’s the holidays. Don’t advertise that you’re open until 7pm and refuse to ship packages after 4. Stating that you have turned off the computers. You are still open. This is frustrating as I’m trying to mail a package to my daughter for the holidays."

"This location is DEFINITELY the best in the area in comparison to the Hiram and Powder Springs locations! I was in and out in 5 minutes and there were 3 people ahead of me in line when I walked in. The service was friendly and efficient. Most importantly, unlike the Hiram and Powder Springs locations, I was not overcharged to print my label! The Hiram store charges $3.20 to print a label and the Powder Springs store charges $2.50 to receive your email and an additional $0.18 per page to print! Highway robbery at it’s best! This location only charged me $0.09 to print my label and there was no charge to email it to them! I will only use this store going forward. I truly appreciate quick and friendly service coupled with FAIR pricing!"
