"The man who answered my phone call this morning was very rude to me . I asked was my package there just and he rushed me off the phone telling me to call the person who sold the item to me . He told me three people is staring him in the face I need to call who I need to call , he was extremely rude to me he could of just told me “ No , your order is not here I’m sorry for the confusion. Have a great holiday “ .. Instead he was rude the whole call told me “ Well it’s not here I have three people in my face I need to help more so obviously you need to call the people who sold it to you “ then was rude before that wouldn’t let me finish saying my name without being interrupted..he was very rude"
"This is the WORST UPS store in Georgia. We have a small business and give UPS around $1000 a month if not more and we used to use this location for 2 years. Suddenly one day the lady told my husband we couldn’t bring more than 6 packages a day and that he was LUCKY to be allowed 6. Said it’s a rule at all locations which is a complete lie. Now we drive a couple more miles and can bring in as many as needed and we were told that’s not a rule anywhere. Apparently it’s a made up rule at this location due to laziness. We literally buy our labels online so all they have to do is scan and take them back. Worst customer service and just plain rude and lazy."
"I never write reviews….. I had no choice but to make this known. This location is trash. The old Asian lady behind the counter is completely brain dead when it comes to customer service. I’m Truly surprised that ups would allow someone so ignorant to be the face of this store. I would rather walk from GA to California 3 times a week then ship another package using this location….."
"I have nothing but problems with this location. I made a purchase from Amazon that was shipped to Me via UPS. I received the package on 7/20/2023 and tried returned it on 7/24/2023. I never opened the package and simply printed My return label and headed to the UPS Store. After arriving at the UPS Store in Hiram, I was told that I could NOT ship the package in its original packaging and that I had to have a box. I asked whose shipping label was attached to the box when I first received it. The clerk tried reading the shipping address until I had to make clear that I was talking about the carrier's created shipping label. He reluctantly said UPS. So, My next question was, so UPS can deliver a package like this, but I can't return it in the same box? Since cooperate actually own the trucks, why are they still delivering packages in boxes that We the consumer are then prevented from using? Then I was told that cooperate was cracking down and that the driver might not accept the package. I was further told that the box that the item was sent it can easily result in the damaging of the product itself, essentially to hell with the styrofoam packaging that the item is encased in. An addition box would add NO additional protection, and apparently that wasn't a concern when UPS delivered the package to Me. People ship items in wooden crates that somehow gets broken, but I guess boxes are better at protecting items as opposed to wood. I asked did they have any boxes, and I was told that they can't give away recycled boxes. Last I checked, ALL boxes are recyclable, not to mention made from recycled materials, hence the little triangle on boxes indicating such. However, they were VERY willing to sell Me one of their boxes made of recycled materials. This was NOTHING more than a ploy to make money where no monies needed to be exchanged; sell Me a freaking box??? The store owner is clueless and did NOT say ONE WORD that amounted to any common sense or logic. UPS Stores are privately owned and in direct competition with the very company for which their stores are named after UPS/ cooperate. That is about all I have to say about cooperate. I make NO purchases from this store because I do NOT like the way they do business. I went to My truck, got a box, went back and shipped My package. Like I told them on-site, I WILL NOT buy a box from You!!!! UPS Store owner, please STOP with the over exaggeration of the foreign accent. Do NOT pretend that there is a language barrier where there shouldn't be ANY. When the accent is deployed, You may as well forget about getting any answers to Your question or any further assistance; but instead be presented with gibberish mumblings that make no sense or answer any question(s) directly. You were probably born right here in the states! I learned this from living abroad in Your place of origin."
