Whitestone Reserve Wedding Venue

"Beautiful place, has neutral color about any color can be decorated. Love it from inside and out. Besides its hidden its, very beautiful, has a lot of parking. The restroom are well maintained very nice. I absolutely love the Chandlers?"

"We hosted our annual staff holiday party here this year and it was a wonderful experience! The team at Whitestone Reserve was so helpful in making this the day we wanted it to be. They made the day fun with a photo backdrop, yard games like corn hole, and a hot chocolate bar to warm us up on a cold day! Their caterer was also very accommodating of our guests with dietary restrictions, specifically our gluten free requests."

"We had my daughters wedding here, and the venue is in a beautiful setting. The owners started off nice and helpful, but as the evening went on, the owners became rude and acted like we were intruding on them. We paid a lot of money to use this venue and were told we had to be done and out of the venue by 12am, which was fine since that was what was agreed to. At 10:30pm when the reception was still going on, the owner Melanie approached us (the mother and father of the bride) and said she couldn't believe none of the tables were cleaned up yet. She also told us originally that we would be responsible to take the food trash with us, since they don't have a dumpster, but could leave the rest of the trash for them to take care of. We were OK with that, but then when we were cleaning up she told us we had to take ALL the trash with us. I told her that was not what we agreed on, she said that's what the policy is so we have to do it. Her husband also looked like he definitely didn't want us there, just had a mean look on his face the whole time. We tried to talk to him and he was just not nice at all. Once again the venue is nice, but the owners are not, if I had known we would be treated like this then I would never have booked this venue! If you are smart then you will find another venue for your special day, Whitestone Reserve is not the place! The only reason I gave them 1 star is because of the setting, otherwise I would have given them 0 stars!"

"My husband and I got married at Whitestone, and we absolutely loved working with them. Melanie and her team walked with us through every part of the process. They were very responsive, knowledgeable, and made decision making so much easier. We had a bit of complicated timeline for the day and they were very gracious in accommodating our needs. Even though we had unforeseen hiccups on our wedding day, they still worked hard to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and work ethic made it so that I had an absolute blast on my wedding day. If I had to do it all again, I'd still pick this venue with no hesitation."
