SERIOUSLY, im gonna have to open my own tool store!!!!"

"The people that helped us were super awesome and did everything they could, but we bought heavy items that we needed assistance with and there was no people on staff bulky enough to help. We ended up getting it down thanks to the two awesome people helping us, but they were not able to do any serious lifting"

"Cheap Chinese tools that might last many years or not ever work at all. That's what makes shopping here fun. It's like gambling. The bench vice pictured broke after about a month but only because it was rarely used. Test things well and don't wait a month or more to use them or you'll get stuck with broken useless tools that you can't return. If you go during peak hours you'll have to wait a while to check out. Also be prepared to share your phone number and name with the other 5 people in line because that's the first thing they ask. They'll try to sell you an extended warranty on almost every item you buy which gets old. The staff are clearly on a commission for this because they push it hard. I used to go here to use a 20 percent off coupon I would get about once a month but they changed those coupons to exclude pretty much everything in the store so the coupons are useless but it's all in the fine print. People there are generally nice and helpful when processing your returns."
