"This body shop was recommended to me by a friend after I had an accident involving a deer. I ended up having another accident this year and used them again. Both times they repaired the front end and did an awesome job. You can't even tell it was in an accident. Just have got it back this 2nd go around but I had no issues the first time. The lady that works the office is a super nice woman and the owner, Steven, is awesome as well. Considering all body shops are backed up right now, it did not take them long to do the repairs. "I used Custom Paint and Body on Rome hwy. Steven maybe good on newer vehicles but if you have an older one I suggest you go elsewhere. If he can’t find a part they don’t keep looking they work around it, which means they leave the bent up part on there and go to the next part. When I got my truck back from them I could wiggle parts of what they fixed with my hands, I had a broke grille when I took it in, I had a grille broke on the other side when I picked it up. The headlight assembly was wiggly, also the bumper wiggled. He started talking about the age of the truck, it being hard to find parts for a 30 yr old + vehicle. He did put a factory fender on my truck. I was lucky I guess I got all my money back and he took all his parts off my truck."
