"I can't speak to the quality of the actual work because we couldn't afford him. The problem for me was he jacked up the estimate by a $1000 and then tried to charge a diagnostic fee when we said no. Be aware of what you are getting into."

But done I've replaced motors an everything just told em I'd do it myself cost 70 bucks for parts and it all looks so easy to get too... I jus don't understand where they come up with that price!!! "They shouldn’t be getting any STARS. I got these folks to quote me on some things wrong with my car and let’s just say the quote is ridiculously high. They are not friendly people. Terry don’t know what his doing and Rob is sarcastic. I paid them to fix my defrost and AC which still doesn’t work. When I ask him when could I bring it in Terry told me to bring it in on a Wed remind you it’s gets up to 89 degrees in GA plus I had to wait over the weekend as well with a baby. I just don’t think it’s fair to have a customer wait that long when I have already paid you and THEN you tell me to come back in the middle of the week with no cold air. Their prices are high I feel like they charge more for the part then it actually is. I will never go back to them. They rig-nig my AC and charge me for parts and labor that didn’t fix the problem at all I just had these services done the end of March. I will never recommend them to anybody. I read their reviews and thought I could trust them with my car. Never again. BE WARE THEIR PRICES ARE SKY HIGH. A good mechanic that really cares about their customer car would have fix it the right way and recommend the best way to fix it. That way the problem could have been fix the first time. I don’t trust people who don’t provide really good feedback especially after your machine told you what was wrong with it. Lames!!!!"

"Rob and the crew have been who I come to in order to have repairs on my 02’ S type. Many have shied away from working on this model and understandably. That being said they have gone above and beyond in the short frame of time of our relationship and I have been quite pleased with the work performed as well as the attitude and sincerity in their work space.
