"2.5 days before a family Christmas party, I had new countertops installed. The countertop installation did NOT include a sink hookup but I was not made aware of such and called multiple plumbing persons in the Radford area as I was unsure if Taylor Plumbing (who had helped me in the Giles Co.) would service this area; no one could come from 1 or more weeks. I called Taylor Plumbing in a panic and the team was here bright and early the next morning. Unbeknownst to me and Taylor Plumbing, the individual who installed the sink only used silicone to attach; no clips, additional adhesive etc. When Taylor Plumbing installed the garbage disposal and reconnected the lines, the silicone was still wet. The sink as well as the garbage disposal were in the cabinet base by late afternoon. Taylor Plumbing came back out the very next morning to address the issue to include resetting the sink with a much stronger silicone adhesive and rigging something up to support the base and give the silicone adhesive time so I could get through the Christmas party without issues. Issue resolved and Taylor Plumbing saved the Christmas party! "
