"Went in for a castle nut for the balljoint on my front tire. The staff found a replacement at no charge because the pack was open (Someone had stolen some out of it). When that didn't fit, she gave me the other left in the open pack, made sure it was good, and told me about an online sale they were having so I could save on the balljoint assembly without paying full cost. Great store, great staff."
