"I usually have very good service at the Jacksonville, Al location, but tonight I ordered online to pick up and I ordered the cheese sticks with bacon and cheese and I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni and cheese no sauce. Well when I got all the way home in a Piedmont, I had gotten sauce and pepperoni and no cheese on this pizza. I ordered no sauce because my hubby is diabetic the sauce runs his sugar up. Not a good experience I normally have. And I have a tip on top of that. Yall can do better than that."

"This was the worst Pizza Hut pizza that we've ever eaten in our lives. We ordered wings and a pepperoni pie with extra sauce, with butter brushed on the edges of Hand-tossed dough. Instead, we received an old pie from the warmer (too long), as there was no apparent sauce, the dough extra thin, extremely dried out with dried and hardened pepperoni. Now the Buffalo wings were fresh, perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious! As for the pizza guys, you ruined our dinner, as we were forced to eat this awful pizza, which cost a lot of money."
