"So someone recommended me this place after I got my flat and honestly, after my experience, I will not be coming back here. I brought my car in at 10:12am for a flat tire. They said wait time would be 1hr and 15 minutes roughly. So I left my car there to come back later. Well, long story short, it took them 6hrs until it was ready and no call to let me know. They also left my window down and keys in the ignition. Someone could have easily stolen my car and belongings. I don’t get why my keys weren’t just held onto at the office. I also understand you are short staffed, but maybe require appointments so you don’t overwork your employees and keep people waiting for hours upon hours. That is ridiculous. Thank you for fixing my tire and I appreciate not having to pay for the service, but I will take my business elsewhere in the future."
