"We don't understand all the great reviews. A few weeks ago I called to set up an appointment and left a message, with details as their phone message requested. A day later, after no response I called again...didn't leave details this time. A day later, my wife, out of exasperation, DROVE to their shop just to set up an appointment. It worked! When you can get them to talk to you they are nice, and perhaps excellent mechanics. But for us, we just want to be able to talk to our mechanics. They called us about the work, we tried to repeat all the things we had already been asked about, but we still never felt that they had the time to listen to us. We had a bunch of things we wanted them to do and were never really able to have an unhurried conversation about our vehicle--even when picking it up. They did some work, some matched what we wanted and some not, but we'll never know why they didn't do some of it. These guys just didn't have time for us."

"I called Precision as a newbie several days ago, based on their outstanding Google reviews. I was worried about a sound in my right front tire. James said bring it in and he'd take a look. He said he was 2 weeks out for appointments but if it was an emergency he'd fit me in. He looked my wheels over in the parking lot and said I did need a brake job but the brakes were still safe, so I made an appointment, for brakes and an oil change. Today was the day! I waited for the work to be done (they have a cozy waiting room with great reading material). After a very reasonable amount of time James told me the car was ready and that they decided I only needed front brakes done, that the back ones were still fine for a good while. Now, how many other shops would have done only the necessary work, knowing I was good for all four wheels?? Friendly, honest, fair pricing, skilled at what they do. You can't do better than that. They will be my go-to auto service for as long as I drive a car. I'm happy to add my five stars to their sea of 5-star reviews."
