"The customer service was great, however, the job was not done properly, and the organization structure (with the staff and the parts) needs work. I came here around December 13th, 2021. My girlfriend's car was hit by a truck backing up and I needed the front bumper replaced. As I walk inside first thing I notice is the office full of parts, which is fine since they probably don't have much space. The estimate and pricing was good. The repair time frame was about the same as other body shops around (one month). I notice that they have poor communication and organization with the staff. The main person was the only one that new what was going on and everyone else was kind of lost. I left the car there and the repairs were going to take about 2 days. It took over a week due to parts being confuse with similar cars they were repairing, and a missing part. At that point I am disappointed because I made several trip to get the car for no reason. The car was done and I inspected it to notice all the issues. My girlfriend was mad at me for bringing the issues to the shop, but I wanted a job well done. February 3, 2022, a week or two after they gave us the car I notice that the paint of the parts does not match the actual paint of the car, I don't drive that car so I didn't notice it earlier. I am sure they will be willing to fix it, however we don't have time anymore because we are moving out of chattanooga in 4 days. I am super disappointed in the shop, because it not my job to be calling their attention, they should have done a better job than what they did."

"After an encounter with a tree, I took my car to several places for quotes. Tim was friendly — the kind of guy you want to give your business to — and gave me the most competitive quote. He said it wouldn’t look perfect, but it would look a lot better, and I was completely ok with that. The turnaround was fast, and when I got the car back, I couldn’t even find where the damage was.
