"1300 dollars latter, problem was not fixed. Using profanity in my presence.. and was being smart to me upon me returning and asking for a receipt of the work completed. Told him I would take my business elsewhere. Should have read reviews before using them."

"Took my truck to this grage to have cam sensor checked, I had and OBD showing witch one it was. Grage called me telling me that it was my timing chain phasers crank sensor, I ask how much that going to cost, now remember I took it in for cam shaft sensor quote for that started around two hundred, then it went to fourteen hundred, after three weeks and my truck still was not fixed and a three thousand dollar bill, the truck ran just like it was when I took in. OBD still showing same codes. Remember this was in 2021, I ended up taking it to a different grage not going to believe what was found don’t know how the truck was running to be honest, all the work that was done was all the parts where put on backwards that’s right backwards the chain sprockets are marked LEFT and RIGHT same as the phaser and Cham sensor sprocket even marked front. Remember I said it all was put on backwards remember I took it back a few times with nothing would be fixed by C&C this new grage kelp all the parts that was replaced. Jus be careful taking you vehicles there have them to take pictures of there work"

"AWFUL customer service. Chip's customer service was horrible. Gears Transmission does an excellent job and has stellar customer service, especially Stephen. They're a few miles away from this shop. I wanted to get my 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan in this shop to finish three final repairs (install transmission/engine mounts, install passenger side lower control arm, and flush the coolant). I spoke to Chip for about five minutes, asked him how the money/time would breakdown for these three repairs, and he got an awful attitude. Shoot, his attitude was bad when he picked up the phone, but I'd been recommended to C & C Automotive, so I stayed on the phone a bit longer. He said, "Are you kidding me?" and "I don't care." Chip was extremely impatient, sighing, and there's places with people who have much better customer service. I was ready to spend my money, but I won't be spending it at C & C Automotive. Maybe you shouldn't either. :("
