"First off, this shop does good work and they deserve credit for that. The downside is they take too long. I dropped my car off to have 2 doors replaced along with some scratches and dents fixed on November 19th '23 and it wasn't ready till January 8th '24. I had 2 1/2 weeks of uncovered rental car charges even though my insurance covered 1 month. I asked them to cover the extra rental car charges, to which they quickly said no because they didn't have the parts yet. I found out they didn't order the parts they needed till after I dropped the car off. I am happy with the end result despite the excessive wait time."
"I have a fair amount of mechanical experience and I was completely impressed with this organization. I pulled over on the interstate near Ringold and my RAM truck would not start. I called for a tow. They towed the truck to the shop and gave me a ride. Two hours later I got in my truck with a new starter and was back on the road. Everyone I spoke with was professional as was the work. They also installed a much better quality starter than what was in the truck. I highly recommend this company."
"I did not have a great experience. I was supposed to receive updates about my vehicle every 2 - 3 days and did not receive any updates no emails, text, phone calls nothing the only time I got updates is when I had to call them for said updates. I complained to the insurance company and notified auto body shop too. They had my vehicle for almost 1 month before a estimate was even completed. The only communication I received was to finally pick up my vehicle after almost 2 months. And when I drove to them to pick up my vehicle there was multiple issues. 1st my car was parked on the side of the Rd in front of their shop unlocked. 2nd I noticed the edge protector I added to my car doors and my hood was missing from where they removed it to fix and repaint but did not put back and instead threw them away.. And when I mentioned it they went and got them from the trash muddy and gross and slammed them back onto my car. I also noticed that my rubber trim near the windshield was also damaged still. Which I was told they would order the part and I could just come by and they can just snap it on. After I left and drove home I noticed more issues... My front passenger window which has auto up /down would go down but not up. And where they took my door apart the weatherstripping was uneven and gapped. They charged the insurance company for window washer fluid and the reservoir was completely empty. The RT front passenger panel was warped and not sitting properly. With that front RT panel wheel well where they pried off the was warped. The passenger headlight assembly that was replaced looked as if they put sealant and or melted the clips down. When the hood was lifted to check under the hood seemed to be misaligned so I now I have to slam the hood to get it to shut. When I looked at the underside of the hood the paint was chipped."
"I give credit where credit is due, and Rick Worley and Son Inc. deserves more credit than I can give, by far. My sons and I were on the interstate yesterday evening headed to Lake Winnie from Cleveland, and as we were getting off the interstate in East Ridge I could tell that one of my front tires was going flat, fast. We pulled into the Mapco, and luckily a technician from Rick Worley and Son Collision and Towing just happened to pull in a few moments later. Without question, he pulled his truck over and offered to help. It was a bit tricky to find the puncture, because there was nothing stuck in the tire, and I’d already tried using Fix a Flat, with no success… but none the less, he found it, plugged it, and aired everything back up! I tried to pay him numerous times, and he absolutely refused! He said “just get your boys to Lake Winnie, don’t worry about it”. With everything going on in the world today, it was so awesome and humbling to just see people helping people again. I am beyond grateful, and will probably never be able to return the favor, but it’s an evening that we’ll never forget. Thank you Sir"
"Came to Chattanooga to get my car when the starter went out. Arrived within 15 minutes of calling, dropped me off at home, and safely left my car at the shop after hours for a reasonable price. Expert handling of my vehicle and friendly service. Highly recommend."
