Reviews of Don Eaves Heritage House Arts & Civic Center - City of Chattanooga
"Visited for a wedding party, place was reserved. Staff was helpful. Small kitchen available. Plenty of room for dining, dancing and conversation. The Heritage Park is adjacent and has walking trails and a playground. Would recommend for family reunion, birthday party or other events."
"The park is so clean & wide open so it’s easy to watch your kids. There are open fields, plenty of grass, trees, a fenced area for dogs, a great walking path, plenty of parking, & well maintained playground. Restrooms are right off the side of the playground so kids never go out of sight you don’t have to leave the playground. The stream running around the the edge of the park is our favorite part. It has large rocks to climb over if you don’t want in the water but still want to play but it also has plenty of shallow areas if your kids want to walk through. Only complaint is there are very few swings so there is usually a line waiting at busy times. This is our favorite park!"
"Great place to relax and play. Creek is beautiful with fast moving water, there are lots of rocks for play and sitting. Walking trails surround the park. Lots of shade. There is a small shopping center nearby that has a good pizza spot and an ice cream shop."
"Very nice park. Nice walking trails. The toilet was filthy and had feces all over it."
"This is a great park! It meets all family needs! The playground is clean and well maintained. There are tons of old trees for shade. The creek is clean and fun to wade in. People that use the dog park pick up after their dogs. Well maintained walking loop. A trail to keep you off the road and get to Brusters Ice Cream. I love to go to this park to train dogs!"
