"I've ordered from here for years approximately once or twice a week for my home and business and I've never had any issues or complained, but after my experience last week I won't order from here anymore. We ordered dinner one weeknight and the entire thing was a mess. It took over two hours to get it delivered, I was told twice after calling that they were headed out the door with it as we spoke, one of the eventual pizza boxes was crushed on the corner, and the food was cold by the time we got it. But, these things happen from time to time and I understand that. The real issue I have is the response. After complaining, I was contacted and told to call the store to arrange for a credit on the next meal for the same amount. I spoke to the manager on duty that day (nice guy) and he told me that would include delivery and tax... basically making me whole for my entire expense from the rotten order. All I had to do was give them my name and phone number. I accepted this offer and had no problem with it. It was fair. I called back the next evening to order dinner using the credit and was told immediately that the best they could offer me was 30% off my order. I explained the situation and that our order was supposed to be credited this time and was told, once again, that all they could offer was 30% off my order. The person on the phone checked with the manager, supposedly named Xavier, and he said he didn't care what I was offered by anyone else and that 30% off was the only thing he would offer. I asked who the manager was that I'd spoken to the day before--they claimed they didn't know and had no way to know, which is of course a lie. Awful customer service. Awful management, or at least this manager was awful. Sad to see a place that I've had such a good experience with over the years conduct business this way."
"We eat dominos out of pure convenience. Their pizza is average, but consistent. The employees should definitely be wearing hair nets, gloves, and face masks considering the current state we're in. That is definitely concerning. Perhaps I'll go to Cherokee brewery next time to get a real pie and a great beer. Last time I got a pizza you could see through it. Desperately need an outside light to see parking lot, and where to turn in. I've seen people run over the curb many times. Very dark. The latest manager is not much of one. They completely forgot to make my mobile order, and she acted as if it was my fault. She desperately needs more training on how to deal with complaints and negative issues. They’re going to happen. She is not prepared in the slightest. The app needs to be fixed asap. The app will say your pizza is ready to go, when you enter to pick it up, it’s never ready as the app suggests. The employees say that it’s never worked properly. You’d think after 5-6 years dominos would have it fixed. If this place was not so convenient, I’d probably never eat here. They better pray that another pizza delivery place doesn’t open in the T. Hill area."
"Ppl are so lazy don't want to do the job they are hired and paid to do. When I was 15 I worked at Big O's Pizza and when the sign said opened till 12 we were opened till 12. That meant we served the public till 12 it takes 10 mins to fix a pizza so if it was ordered at 11:59 we fixed the pizza and then at 12 we started cleaning up and preparing for the next day. What is the point in saying you are open till 12 if you starting cleaning up and cancel ppls orders at 11:30. Lazy ppl not wanting to do their job."
"Just called them to place an order and let them know I was going to pay with a hundred dollar bill. I was told by the manager that they don't accept hundred dollar bills inside or delivery. Just giving a heads up for anyone ordering in the future. And the thing is I order from here about three or four times a month. I guess my fifty dollar plus per order doesn't mean anything. Happy New Year everyone!"
"Well when I first moved to Tunnel Hill at the beginning of March , this Domino’s was the best one I had basically ever used. But over the last 2 to 3 months we have gotten at least 3 to 4 pizzas that were not cooked all the way. They are always very accommodating about remaking them and when they remake them they usually miraculously bake correctly. But when we called about this pizza tonight , the manager on duty informed us that this is the way that Domino’s bakes their pizzas ,same oven settings etc and if we are unhappy with the way that Domino’s bakes their pizzas then we should ask for them to run it through an extra time and bake it well done. I do not want a burnt, hard , well done pizza , I simply want my pizza baked , ( not raw ), you know the way Domino’s has always made it. I don’t know if this is due to new management , new employees or just not caring anymore. But this is unacceptable . This is the first bad review I have given this Domino’s, maybe I shouldn’t have given them so many chances and I should’ve took the pictures and made the review the first time it happened. Look closely at the photos you will notice the cheese that was under the very top of the layer was not even melted. Notice the raw dough and see how it stretches when I pluck it with the fork. That is not cheese people that is raw pizza dough !!! And yes my husband did look at the pizza, but he didn’t pull the slices apart and scrape the toppings off to reveal a barely room temperature middle and that’s giving it a lot of credit, he didn’t dissect the pizza to make sure they actually cooked it properly, You shouldn’t have to do that. If I wanted to pay to pick pizza up from a pizza establishment you can rest assured I didn’t plan on taking it home to cook it before I could eat any of it."
