"We have been customers for years and were always happy. These past several years the service has been terrible. I understand trucks breaking down or trouble getting employees but they will miss us for weeks at a time and not try to make it up. They have serviced us once this month. We called repeatedly to ask them to come out. They say they will but never do."

"A contractor used them when they were building my house. When the contractors finished they told them to come get the porta John out of my yard. They didn’t, in fact I called and asked them 5 times to do so over the next month. Every time they said they were sending somebody out. They still haven’t picked it up. I moved it out of my yard myself. I called them twice today and both times they hung up on me. I talked to an attorney today about their abandoned property on my private property and will now have to take civil action. A ridiculous problem to have. Horrible company with pathetic customer service."
