"Not a good start to an annual contract. Spring Green showed up yesterday and serviced the house across the street. Must not be able to read house numbers??? They also failed to follow the instructions submitted at the time of the contract. Called today to notify them of their error (the neighbor called them yesterday to inform them of the error). I wanted to know when they planned to perform the service I contracted for and after speaking to a customer service agent, I was passed off to a VM to someone (the tape recording cut off). I requested a callback. I fear their competitor was correct when they said I would regret my decision. We shall see if someone actually returns my calls. Argh!"
