"Lazy, lying people. I called the day prior, and I was told to come at 8 am, which would work for me since I had to have the washout done by 830 to make my appointment on time. No one showed up until 830, but the guy stayed on the phone in his car for another 15 minutes and left me standing in the rain because "he needed to do some things." Well, you're not getting my business then."
