They evaluated the plumbing problem and went over other issues we may need to consider correcting in the future and discussed the maintenance plans offered. The estimate to resolve the problem and future work was very reasonable. They were able to provide a resolution to our issue same day. We decided to get the yearly maintenance plan and scheduled the additional needed work. They listen and provide pictures of the problem and any areas that may cause issues in the future. "I think the guys that put in my furnace did an awesome job. They were here right on time and very quick to put the unit in. They also cleaned up their mess. You could not tell that that even been here except to have a new furnace and a new air conditioner. I’m very happy with the job they did, and will recommend them highly. UPDATE… I was to get a different thermostat and notified Groggs and they were quick to come out and replace it for me. The fellas that put in my furnace Dylan Wilson and Chad Boone did an awesome job on putting in my furnace and coming back and fixing the thermostat and explaining it all to me. I am so glad that Groggs put the phone in the furnace for me. I would highly recommend them for any job. I am going to look into plans to keep up the maintenance on my furnace.
