"Very courteous on the phone and on scene. Problem with the service was I told them I had a deep well that was having a problem building pressure, they said no problem but when they showed up they said they do not know much about deep wells with jet pumps. Then they explained to me how my well wasn't up to code and was surprised they sold me the house, but it was grandfathered in that it is acceptable pre 1965. Also I wanted a quote to make it code by bringing the well head above ground and also install new plumbing and a submersible pump. The quote was over 9000 dollars. 3 other places I called were 5000 for the same job, the company I did go with came in at 4100 dollars a far cry away from 9000 dollars. Especially with the company that said they do not know a out these types of pumps and wells, BEWARE!!! they are higher priced then most other companies out there which is not a great combination for lack of experience."

"We had a wonderful experience getting a new system! Mike, Alex and Corey were very kind, answered all my questions and did a great job. And they were very sweet to my curious kids! Alex even let my daughter put the stickers on our new system - she said that was the best part of her day! Jackie and Elizabeth in the office were so sweet as well. Jim and his associates were careful about bringing equipment through the house.
