"I had to get a new battery for my car. I went to Auto Zone where they first put my car on a machine to make sure the battery was bad , and it was. Alex was the technician who helped me out. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about everything. He took my old battery and put the new one in for me. I can't say enough about him and what a professional job he did .
