"Ordered tires on Sat, this is Monday and still have not got a call to confirm size or set appointment for installation. I'm a 1st time customer and this will be my last purchase. Do NOT order tires from here if you need them fast! Paid my 1st week for the tires, was informed by a woman that worked at the Patrick St Location that before I could get the tires I purchased I would have to pay 1 month in advance!! The $19.99 per week is not going to be the price even though that was the price on the web site when I purchased them. There was no mention of paying a entire month or that I would be paying more than the advertisement quoted. She said she would buy the tires from Mr Tire, pay about $400 then charge me $800 depending on the size I needed because that's how RAC makes money... I understand that totally but I don't understand why I still don't have my tires, why after I already paid the 1st weeks payment now she wants more money? Well she said she didn't know a price but took my size and was supposed to call me back, it's now Tue with no call back. False advertisement is illegal and when you agree with the other party on a price and make a deal you can't just up and change it because that's how you make money! No that's how you get sued my friend. BBB will be hearing from me regarding this situation. Very poor way of doing business RAC! Buyers beware!!!!!"
