"In September we purchased a Fairfield Raymond swivel chair to match one we had from Kelly at Jack's. When it was delivered we had concerns, it was not a total match, apparently some changes had been made with the design (stitching pattern). Jack's contacted the manufacturer and made it right. The chairs now match. Outstanding customer service. We could not be happier with the product and the customer care Jack's provided."
