"IF SHIPPING TO MILITARY ADDRESS DO NOT GO HERE First thing we were told when we went to the shipping station was we had to first purchase our own box and tape. $8 later we get back in line and are then advised that even though the address is a military address they are unable to ship it and refused to refund our cost for the box and tape. What sort of American shipping business refuses to ship to a military base? Ridiculous."
"Called and had me waiting on hold for 40 minutes just to ask what ethernet cables they had when I know the store is not that busy. Also the attitude I get every time I call, I will take my money to best buy. Garbage store don't ever plan on going again."
"I used to give Staples more credit because I could recycle there, our non profit had also acquired a card for tax free purchasing. Now I learn there is an app for recycling and another for tax free non profits. So now I am supposed to have 2 more apps on my phone to do business there. It is required, not an option. Everyone wants their app on your phone which is littering my screens."
"This place is the worst place I have ever shopped. Save you money and buy else where they lie and tell you they will exchange with insurance plan which I paid 49.99 for then 9 months later sorry we can't do anything about it well my printer lasted nine months for 150.00 and a extra 49.99 for insurance and they did nothing"
"The store had the printer/copier/scanner we were looking for and at a reasonable price. It was our first purchase of this type of product, so we were unaware it came without a printer cable. The guy at the cashier could've asked if we would need one when he eagerly asked if we wanted the protection plan. That was the only issue."
