"My daughter went to this salon the day of her prom. We got the "prom special". She did her hair in a braid and curled the remaining hair. The style was pretty but we noticed the braid was very loose. After asking her, she assured us it would stay in. It did not. I had to try to put extra clips in to keep it in and recurs the rest of her hair. As for her makeup, she didn't have the colors that matched my daughters gown. we had brought some to match. My daughter's eyes were creased and didn't look good. After stressing with all this, I called the salon to let her know I was not happy. i had left her an $18 tip and told the girl on the phone that i at least wanted to retract that. She assured me that the stylist (and owner of the shop ) would call me back. She never did AND she kept the tip. I have disputed all of the charge with my credit card. The best thing about this sorry salon was the water they served us."

"Didn't really know anything about this place but decided to give it a try since no one in Logan seemed to want to do just a cut apparently I'm glad I did. This place is great the shop is so cute and the girls here are super friendly my hair dresser just let me talk on and on lol (I do that nervous non stop talking thing when I interact with new people). Another plus is if you have anxiety you can actually make an appointment online, go to their website and it will tell you what times and who is available."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came in here the other day and the women were incredibly rude! It doesn’t matter how friendly you are to them, constant side eyes and gossiping about other customers. Don’t give these people your money. And don’t even get me started on the bathroom- it was DISGUSTING! Had to go to another salon and pay for an entirely new set of nails because the person that did mine snapped at me after I accidentally hit my nail against the lamp which messed up the polish, and refused to fix it. Never coming back."
