"Had the worst customer service ever!! Employee Sheila Bostic Rainwater starter cussing out a customer in front of everyone!!! She was cussing out the poor customer BECAUSE the establishment didn’t have an orange brown. THEN she went to Facebook and posted hatful messages about the clients"

"I wouldn't recommend anyone here. Got my nails done Friday and by Sunday one popped off, and now tonight while washing my hair another one came off. He cut into my cuticles it was just not a good experience. My nails has never came off like this."

"i got a full set done, and they’re all white. there is block spots on them, didn’t paint the whole nail, they have little black spots on them, and some nails are not the same shape as the others. do not recommend."

"My mother and I scheduled an appointment. After arriving on time and waiting 15 minutes, they finally took us back. They got started on my pedicure, but it was an hour and 45 minutes past our appointment start time before they even started on my mother’s pedicure, not to mention she still needed a fill in. It took so long I decided not to get a manicure. All of the employees were on their cell phones the entire time and touching their phones with their gloves on then going right back to working on our feet. It was quite unprofessional and although the service itself was good, the experience overall was extremely disappointing."
