"Worst haircut ever!! I was charged $25 and I was in the chair for less than five minutes. She swore it was a complete cut when I questioned her twice about it. She barely swept up 10 hairs off the floor and as I was leaving another girl was helping her wash out a patch of her own hair coloring. I am very disappointed and stuck with split ends and a head of hair desperately needing a good cut. Will never go back!"

"After searching the entire mall for someone who felt comfortable dealing with longer hair on boys we stumbled into the JC Penny's salon. Immediately we knew this was the place to be! We were greeted Immediately with such kindness and understanding. This is the first time my oldest son has ever attempted to have a longer hair style and he was so frazzled with what to expect from a cut that still let him keep his length. Like I'm talking a 2 month battle knowing he needed a cut before school went back. Hannah saved the day by getting to the bottom of exactly how he wanted it to look and even gave him some helpful tips on how to style it.she took the stress away from my son and it was amazing to see his face light up when she completed the cut. They even bonded over common interests and he's already informed me we are no longer allowed to let anyone but Hannah touch his hair! ❤️"

"Booked a haircut with Bailey, showed her the picture of what I want and she immediately tells me that she's new and doesn't feel comfortable doing such a complicated cut. That's not a complaint- I'm so grateful that she didn't just go in blindly and mess up my hair. She sent me over to Jan who didn't just do what I asked, she went above and beyond. She was knowledgeable enough to avoid doing exactly what the picture showed because she could tell that my hair wouldn't lay the same, and she explained that fully as she worked. I left with a cut and style that I love, that lays perfectly and fits my face shape. I'm 20 weeks pregnant currently and due to some health problems my hair has completely stopped growing and is falling out in handfuls, so this cut was very important to me and has taken my confidence from a 2 to a 10 instantly and I'm so grateful!! Honestly can't recommend Jan more, and she's very fairly priced."
