"I had an appointment scheduled for January 3rd at 12:00pm. I messaged the stylist who was doing my hair a week before to confirm the appointment. No response. January 3rd comes and the salon is closed on Mondays. I figured most salons are closed on Mondays, but since she still scheduled me I assumed Hair Divas was open. I scheduled this appointment months in advance (in November). I tried calling and texting my stylist but she never once answered or responded to any of my calls or texts. I also messaged the salon and have not received a response from them either. This is extremely unprofessional. This was my first time trying a salon in WV (I’m from KY) and I was very let down. I can’t wait another 2 months for another appointment. This was very disappointing and was supposed to be a family friend. Luckily she didn’t require a deposit or I would have lost my money. Very unprofessional business!! I have never had an issue like this with any salon in KY. I can post screenshots of my attempts to contact the stylist and salon if needed."

Most importantly, Courtney was an absolute delight to work with… her talent and experience speaks for itself in the following photos. She is a true gem and anyone who books will also be amazed."
