"My nail are not long. See pic. Why would I get nails put on and have them cut short like they were??? They are just a little above my finger. Sign says acrylic set with gel $45. He charged me $69 !!!! Said its because my nails were long!!!!! I have gone there before and everytime it's a different price. They are basically the only nails in town so your subject to their cheating people. My nails were nice but I don't like being cheated. I felt very violated. 24 dollars is a big difference than their advertised price. I won't be going back..."

"My 17 yr old daughter went to this place, because I refuse to call it a business or an establishment, to get her nails done for prom! She walked out with bloody and cut fingers and a horrific set of nails. I contacted the nail salon and they are refusing my daughter a refund! Said he would do them again. Ummm no thank you, you've already cut almost every finger on her hands and prom is tomorrow. I will not let this go until everyone know what kind of place this is to harm a child and take their hard earned money at the same time!"
