"They never have things professionals need. When they get it in it is immediately already boxed for the beauty school. The employees then look at you and tell you to order it and have it delivered. I believe if I walk in to get things I need they should not already be packaged to go somewhere else. They can have either more product available for both their orders and the walk in customers."

"It’s honestly a hit or miss with the staff unless you know exactly what you are doing and looking for. Dyed my hair recently and I’ve been doing it myself for years but this time the ends are darker than the top. I hate it. I’m going to go get it done. Half the time the staff does not know what they are talking about. I know a decent amount about coloring and cutting my own hair and definitely left the dye on too long, but the color that was recommended was still way darker than what I wanted. And they will always force the shampoos and conditioners down your throat."
