"Honestly, this is the absolute worst salon I’ve ever been to. They cut off my long hair and refused to cut it the way I had asked (those were the stylist’s exact words, “I refuse” even though it was a perfectly normal cut that they had performed on others I know personally.) They also colored my hair the exact same color it already was. No one could tell it was any different. On top of that, they were both rude and expensive. I don’t mind paying for what I want but they did the opposite. I’ve spent the last decade now driving all the way up to Troy, Ohio (about 3 and half hours away) to a salon that is actually good. Save yourself the frustration and money, go somewhere else."

"I desperately needed a haircut and color while in Ashland, but scared as I had never been to this salon and knew no one. Tara M. did a fabulous job! She did exactly what I ask her to do. She cut the exact amount off I wanted, styled it perfect and most importantly got the color exactly the way I like it! In fact, the color is better than I have ever had. I will definitely be back if I am ever close by! Receiving a warm welcome upon arrival was a bonus. Thanks for making this a great experience!"
