"I’ve went to this place since the beginning when they first came to this area. Kristina & Loi are the best!! Never disappointed in the nails Loi does & I have had Kristina do microblading and eyelashes and eyelash extensions many times. She is the best of the best, a very hard worker, and always goes out of her way to make sure u are treated very well and comfortable. I plan on getting permanent eyeliner and permanent lipstick this year. Loi also keeps me very entertained & laughing when he does my nails. He’s one of a kind :)"

"Love this place, the staff is professional n courtesy. I never had a problem there. Nails done every 2 weeks, had eyelash extensions no problems and I had my upper eyes done with permanent eyeliner. All went and goes fine. Hats off to Tao n Loy and their staff."

"Don't bother making an appointment, they don't honor the time slot. They let me set in a pedicure chair with no water for 10 minutes until I asked for someone to add water. Since they didn't honor my appointment time, I asked for the service to be rushed. They did rush the service. The pedi/mani was fine. But is very overpriced for the quaility of the products they use. They need to add exhaust or ventilation because the smell from the products is overwhelming."

"This was the worst nail experience I have ever had. The spa was dirty. It had nails clippings and dirt all over the floor, there was nail tools laying around on the floor, he never washed his hands between customers, stains all over the carpets, benches were dirty, and clutter everywhere. The technician literally painted my nails to my my skin all around my nail bed. When I got home I had to use a file to separate the paint from my nail and skin. The craftsmanship was terrible. The atmosphere was unprofessional and unfriendly. He spent most of his time on the phone while he was doing my nails instead of focusing on the customer at hand. I will not be going back and will not refer this establishment to others."
