"1st time going I asked to have wording done on my ribs, that was fine.. no problem. Gave him the quote I wanted. Watched him write it out I looked over it and it was perfect .. I laid down on table and he wrote it out on ribs and got to work, everything went great. Once he was finished and I read it over in the mirror he took wording out of my quote and shortened it without asking .. so upset & annoyed! Luckily it still reads them same but it isn't what I asked for & extremely unprofessional for him to change what I asked for originally without a word to me about it."
